These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and OkeBet4 ("OkeBet4," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okebet4.app ("Platform").

OkeBet4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by OkeBet4 may result in account suspension or termination.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the OkeBet4 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active OkeBet4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. OkeBet4 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, OkeBet4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify OkeBet4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. OkeBet4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

OkeBet4 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by OkeBet4 as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Deposits

OkeBet4 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements. OkeBet4 targets a processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. OkeBet4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the OkeBet4 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.4 Refused Transactions

OkeBet4 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, OkeBet4 may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

OkeBet4 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional programs to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• OkeBet4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the relevant account(s) suspended;
• OkeBet4's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the OkeBet4 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. OkeBet4 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on OkeBet4. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. OkeBet4 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

6.3 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the OkeBet4 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the OkeBet4 system records shall be the definitive reference. OkeBet4's decision on all disputed outcomes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OkeBet4 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one OkeBet4 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your OkeBet4 account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward OkeBet4 staff or other Players;

All content on the OkeBet4 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of OkeBet4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of OkeBet4.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OkeBet4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

OkeBet4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OkeBet4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

OkeBet4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

OkeBet4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities;
• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

You may close your OkeBet4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

OkeBet4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, OkeBet4 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. OkeBet4 operates in alignment with the regulatory standards applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
